There are generally two working methods on the market: rotating saw head and rotating saw blade, each with its own advantages. The rotating saw head uses the saw head to rotate and cut wood. The rotating saw blade method is that the saw itself is stationary and the saw blade is twisted to complete the cutting. In comparison, the rotating saw head is more flexible. The rotating saw blade is prone to metal fatigue and breakage due to the constant twisting of the saw blade, and the later loss cost is relatively large. The working mode of the rotary saw blade is higher than that of the rotary saw head. In comparison, the rotary saw head has a higher cost performance.
3.Look at the power of the main motor.
The motor power of the conventional vertical band saw is 3.5KW and 4KW. If the material to be cut is thicker, use a 4KW motor. The 4KW motor is more expensive than the 3.5KW motor.
