Compared to the TG680, this tool grinding machine has a wider processing range, capable of processing bar stock from 0.5-12mm and disc-shaped workpieces up to 200mm in diameter. It also features a high-power 15KW spindle with a maximum spindle speed of 10,000 RPM. Designed to meet the demands of high-load, high-precision, and high-efficiency mass production, it is an invaluable piece of equipment for tooling end-of-line manufacturing.
Recently, a tooling end-of-line manufacturer in Singapore contacted us, requiring the machining of dovetail cutters made of tungsten carbide. The customer wanted to mass-produce these cutters. After reviewing the customer’s workpiece drawings, our professional engineers recommended both the TG528 and TG680 models, suggesting that if the customer’s budget allowed, they should prioritize the TG528, as this newer machine offers a wider processing range and higher processing efficiency.
