This machine has a compact structure, small size and high flexibility. The milling head can rotate 90° left and right and 45° forward and backward. The ram can not only extend forward and backward, but also rotate 360° in the horizontal plane, thus greatly expanding the effective working range of the machine tool.
The machine table is made of SC250 cast iron, with a strong structure, no deformation and good stability. The spindle is made of 40 chromium alloy steel, which is precisely ground after quenching and tempering heat treatment, and equipped with a precision-grade bevel ball bearing combination, with strong cutting force and excellent precision. The three-axis angle seat nut is made of high-grade phosphor bronze (PBC-2), which has good wear resistance and a long service life. The X, Y and Z axis slideways are attached with TURCITE-B wear-resistant sheets, which are easy to operate, have low wear rate and are durable. Equipped with an improved electrical box and controller. The spindle can be selected from R8, NT30/NT40. |
