Generally, the surface grinder is not assembled carefully. The screws fixing the dust-proof plate have penetrated both ends of the guide rail, and the oil leaks out from the guide rail directly. The solution is to wrap the surface grinder screw with raw tape and put it in.
2. The oil volume is adjusted too much. After opening the oil tank cover, use a flat-blade screwdriver to adjust the oil valve switch respectively. Clockwise is to decrease, and vice versa is to increase. Generally, the oil volume is controlled by clockwise locking and then turning to loosen 1/4 is enough. The oil groove on the wear-resistant sheet of the guide rail surface grinder is not opened well, opened too shallow or not opened in place, and the oil cannot go and overflows from the side. It should be opened again; the oil hole is blocked, the oil is forced out of the guide rail, and the oil hole is generally blocked. The oil is too sticky or dirty. Change the oil type or clean the lower oil circuit. If it is an old surface grinder, the guide rail is generally too dirty and the oil circuit is blocked. Just clean and change the oil.
3. Oil leakage from the front and rear screws:
If the new surface grinder leaks oil, it is usually because the front and rear telescopic sheaths of the screw rod are not installed, the two screws are not locked or the sealant is not properly applied. If it is an old surface grinder, replace the screw sheath and re-apply the sealant.
